Slovak Version is Binding
This document is officially issued in the Slovak language in accordance with the legal system of the Slovak Republic. Translations into other languages are for informational purposes only. In case of any discrepancy between the Slovak version and a translation, the Slovak version shall prevail.
Brief Summary
- Warranty: For food products and food supplements, the warranty period is determined by the best-before or use-by date marked on the product packaging, subject to compliance with the storage conditions. For standard non-food goods, we provide a standard 24-month warranty.
- How to file a complaint: email to info@babysmilk.eu with the order number and a description of the defect.
- Resolution period: no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
- Methods of resolution: repair, replacement, discount, or refund.
- Shipping costs: in the case of a justified complaint, these are covered by the seller.
