How do you earn points?
Website product purchases
For every €1 of your purchase you earn 2 points. Points are credited from the final product price after discounts.
AI Lab — Our Little One
Buying 1 image (€3.90) gives you 100 points; the 3-image bundle (€9.90) gives you 250 points.
Refer a mum
Your friend will receive a €2 discount on her first purchase, and you will earn 25 points as our thank you.
How do you redeem your points?
The basic conversion rate for redemption is 1 point = €0.02 (50 points = €1 discount) on your purchase.
- You can easily apply the discount directly in your cart before completing your order.
- You can lower your order with points by up to 30% of the total purchase value.
- Minimum redemption is 300 points (€3 discount) per order.
Important rules and point validity
Basic condition
Points can only be collected and redeemed by registered and logged-in customers. Retrospective crediting of points for guest purchases is not possible.
What counts towards the purchase value
You earn points based on the final product price after discounts. Shipping and payment costs (e.g., cash on delivery) are not included in the value for earning points.
Point validity
Your points are valid for 12 months from their activation. After this period, unused points will automatically expire. When you apply a discount in your cart, the system always automatically uses your oldest points, so you don't have to worry about losing them if you use them regularly.
When are points activated
- For product purchases: after successful delivery and receipt of the order. Upon return or cancellation of goods, points are deducted from the account.
- For AI Lab: immediately after payment and successful image generation.
- For referrals: only when your friend receives and pays for her first order using your code.

Rules of the “Refer a Mum” programme
To ensure the fairness of our rewards system, strict security rules apply to referral codes:
- 1Your unique code (e.g.,
NAME-BABYSMILK) is valid exclusively for a new customer's first order (an email address from which no order has been placed with us before). - 2Abuse protection: the system does not allow a code to be used if the referrer's delivery address, email or phone number matches that of the new customer (self-referral is not permitted).
- 3The minimum order value for code redemption is €10 (excluding shipping and payment costs).
- 4In case of cancellation, non-collection, or return of the friend's order, referral points will not be credited (or will be deducted if already credited).

How can I join the loyalty programme?
Simply create a customer account on our e-shop. Once logged in, you are automatically enrolled in the loyalty programme, and points will begin to accumulate from every purchase.
Where can I find my current points balance?
Can I earn points for a purchase made without logging in (as a guest)?
No, for points to be credited correctly, you must be logged into your customer account during the order creation. Retrospective crediting of points for purchases made without registration is not possible.
Do points have any cash value?
No. Loyalty points are used exclusively for applying discounts on product purchases on the BABYSMILK e-shop. Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
What happens to points after 12 months?
