BABYSMILK® Lactose Free is a follow-on infant formula without lactose intended for infants from the end of the 6th month and toddlers up to 3 years, if their health condition requires it (e.g., in case of lactose intolerance). As the only lactose-free milk on the market, it contains Colostrum (first milk). Thanks to the unique recipe with milk fat and the absence of vegetable oils, it is the gentlest possible choice for children who need a specially adjusted diet while requiring maximum immunity support.
Bioactive Colostrum – immunity booster
Colostrum is rich in immunoglobulins (IgG, IgA, IgM), lactoferrin, and growth factors. These substances help colonize the gut with the correct microflora and protect against pathogens – a key element for building immunity, especially if the baby cannot be breastfed.
Milk fat instead of vegetable oils
Unlike most lactose-free milks, we do not use palm, soy, or other vegetable oils. Milk fat is a natural source of energy, easily digestible, supports healthy brain development and vitamin absorption.
Free from fish oil and soy
Purity is our priority. We have removed potential allergens and sources of microplastics. The result is a pure milky taste without an unpleasant fishy aftertaste.
Specially adjusted carbohydrate component

Important Notice

BABYSMILK Lactose Free - Follow-on Infant Formula with Colostrum 900 g is intended for the nutrition of infants who cannot be breastfed. Consult your paediatrician, pharmacist, or a qualified nutritionist before use.
Safety and hygiene: carefully follow the manufacturer's instructions. Sterilise feeding equipment, consume freshly prepared milk within 2 hours, do not heat in the microwave, do not leave the baby unsupervised during feeding, and maintain oral hygiene. Use the contents of the tin within 3 weeks of opening.
The decision not to breastfeed or to combine breastfeeding with bottle feeding may reduce the natural production of breast milk and make it more difficult to return to exclusive breastfeeding later. Consider also the social and economic implications.
